Terms and Conditions for MedTech Early Access Collaborative Application
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: You confirm that you are a licensed medical practitioner in good standing with your state medical board and all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Confidentiality: You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, technologies, and innovations shared within the MedTech Early Access Collaborative. This includes not disclosing any proprietary information to third parties without explicit written permission from the program administrators.
Participation: If selected, you commit to actively participating in the program, including but not limited to attending virtual meetings, providing feedback, and implementing new technologies in your practice as agreed upon.
Data Sharing: You consent to share anonymized data and insights gained from your participation in the program for research and development purposes. All shared data will comply with HIPAA regulations and other applicable privacy laws.
Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed as a result of your participation in the program will be governed by separate agreements to be provided upon acceptance into the program.
Non-Exclusivity: Participation in this program does not grant you exclusive rights to any technologies or innovations shared within the Collaborative.
Termination: The program administrators reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Collaborative at any time if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the administrators.
Liability: You agree to hold harmless the MedTech Early Access Collaborative, its administrators, and affiliated organizations from any liability arising from your participation in the program or the use of technologies introduced through the Collaborative.
Media Release: You grant permission for the Collaborative to use your name and professional information for promotional purposes related to the program.
Commitment: You agree to dedicate the time and resources necessary to fully engage with the program as outlined in your application.
Feedback: You agree to provide honest and constructive feedback on the technologies and innovations introduced through the Collaborative.
Compliance: You commit to adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in your use and evaluation of new technologies introduced through the program.
Updates: You agree to keep the program administrators informed of any changes in your professional status or ability to participate in the program.
Non-Transferability: Your participation in the program is non-transferable and cannot be delegated to other individuals within your practice or organization.
Conflict of Interest: You agree to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise during your participation in the program.
Application Process: You understand that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the program, and the selection process is at the discretion of the program administrators.
